Payment, Refund & Delivery Policy

Kokpit is sold by SIFAT SAHABAT NETWORK (202103366989). Payments are processed by CHIP (FPX and DuitNow QR).

Delivery

Kokpit Premium is a digital licence. Nothing physical is shipped. As soon as payment succeeds, CHIP returns you to the thank-you page: enter your Device ID (shown in the Kokpit app) and your licence code appears at once. If you closed that page, use Transfer licence with the WhatsApp number or email you used at checkout, or contact us.

Refunds

If Kokpit cannot work on your phone or car and we cannot fix it, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After that, refunds are at our discretion. Refunds go back to the original payment method through CHIP.
